Shilpa Nikam

Born in Jafarabad, Gujarat, artist Shilpa Nikam, is a graduate from the Sir J J School of art, Mumbai with a BFA and MFA.She has participated in several art camps and major state and national level exhibitions and group shows. Shilpa also has numerous solo shows to her name, her last one being ‘My Grant’ held in the auditorium of Jehangir Art Gallery Mumbai in 2018, was curated by Johny ML. She has participated in group shows and fairs and biennales like the second edition of the Pune Biennale in 2015 curated by Johny ML and also LOC-Line of Control, Birla Academy of Art and Culture, Kolkata in 2016, BODY show at Shanghumugham Art Museum, Thiruvananthapuram in 2019. Shilpa lives and works in Mumbai.
